When did you open your shop and also when did you start stocking NB?
We opened our shop back in 1996 and started stocking New Balance in
2004.
What/who inspired you to start retailing?
Our parents who ran a sport shop for many years.
What made you pick high end street wear to form your concept around?
We personally like high end streetwear very much and were also influenced by our customers who were after these products.
What is unique about your retail? i.e. in store experience/ heritage / customers
We offer a truly unique range of sneakers covering most of our customer’s needs.
What has changed since you opened it? e.g. brands you buy, interiors, online
A lot. Starting from interiors which were completely redesigned through the years, to the range of sneakers that we are able to offer today.
What is your perception of NB as a brand?
Authenticity, product quality and heritage.
If you were a NB shoe, which one would you be and why?
NB620 simply classic!
What do you like about Flimby made shoes?
What we like most about Flimby made shoes is the quality. “There are no short cuts to quality”.
What shoe do you wish NB would bring back?
We were hoping that New Balance would bring back the NB620 and finally in 2012.

Solebox New Balance 576 Purple Devil 2.
What is your favourite current Flimby shoe?
Our favorite current Flimby shoe is the NB577.
